For the NT show Follies, I created all backdrop artwork used in the show from a combination of graphic design and photography.

NATIONAL THEATRE - MANOR

Scenic Graphic Design

For Manor I created the artwork for the staircase carpet, central rug, stormy sky cyc and window crests. This was achieved through Photoshop, Illustrator and 3ds Max to help me work out the curving, narrowing layout of the stairwell carpet.

NATIONAL THEATRE - WONDER.LAND

Front of House False Perspective Print

To celebrate Wonder.Land and increase audience participation I was asked to create a false perspective 'digital rabbithole' for passers-by to photograph. I used Photoshop to create the piece with 3ds Max used to work out the level of distortion required.

NATIONAL THEATRE - ST. GEORGE AND THE DRAGON

Scenic Graphic Design

'Graphic Novel' style artwork for exterior and interior set pieces. Created predominantly in illustrator this was created to show the 'modern age' setting of the third act. They were printed onto canvas which wrapped the skyscrapers revealing the pub interior within.

Working on Prince of Egypt I had two roles. Firstly creating printed graphics for the costume department as shown below and secondly to create and format 3D models of the set for the projection department in 3ds Max.
